Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has been told to splash the cash by Blues supporters after Alireza Jahanbakhsh scored a late equaliser in their game against Brighton .
The 1-1 draw means Chelsea have now won just two of their last six league games and are in real danger of dropping out of the top four.
Under Lampard, they enjoyed an excellent start to the season but have fallen off in recent weeks.
They are still in a strong position and, in order to ensure they secure Champions League football next year, they will be looking to add to their squad in January.
With their transfer ban now lifted, Chelsea have been linked with a whole host of players and fans believe they need to spend big.
“If we don’t make any signings after this I don’t know what to say,” said one fan.
“Announce Sancho,” added a second, referencing the club’s links with the Borussia Dortmund winger.
