Chelsea fans have an Andreas Christensen transfer theory after spotting kit hint

Chelsea no longer have a transfer embargo hanging over their heads.

That means Frank Lampard is free to make signings in the January transfer window.

It also means that if players are to leave this month, they can be replaced.

A number of players have been linked with leaving Stamford Bridge during the current transfer window and one of those could be closer to the exit than others.

Andreas Christensen has been in and out of the starting lineup this season, making 11 appearances under Lampard, with Fikayo Tomori and Kurt Zouma often preferred to him in the centre of defence.

Antonio Rudiger has also made his long-awaited return from injury, potentially pushing the Dane further down the pecking order for a starting place.

Lampard has been tipped to make a move to re-sign Nathan Ake from Bournemouth, with the Blues having a £40million buy-back clause for the Dutch defender.

That could mean the beginning of the end for Christensen and some supporters have noticed something on the official Chelsea website that they believes is a hint that Christensen is on his way.
