Wilfried Zaha could be set to quit the Premier League with Bayern Munich the latest club to come in for the Crystal Palace star.
But his £80m asking price remains a big stumbling block to a potential transfer – with Zaha resigned to the fact he may have to wait until next summer to leave Selhurst Park.
Everton and Arsenal both had bids for Zaha rejected last summer with the Eagles holding firm despite the player putting in a transfer request.
But the 27-year-old remains ambitious to win trophies and play at the highest level, and has now been offered by intermediaries to Bayern, who have been trying to sign a winger for months.
Bayern failed to prise Leroy Sane from Manchester City and also had a series of bids rejected by Chelsea for Calum Hudson-Odoi and have now turned their attention elsewhere.
It is understood Zaha wants to play Champions League football and would be willing to move abroad to further that dream.

Chelsea remain interested in the Ivory Coast international but they are in no hurry to make a move and believe he is overpriced.
When asked about Zaha last month, Eagles boss Roy Hodgson insisted the club “has no desperate need to sell him” but admitted “one can never say what will happen.”
Hodgson is also seeking significant investment in his patched-up, injury-hit squad from the club’s American owners, and any sale would boost his spending power considerably.

But Palace do not want to lose Zaha and value him more highly than his Ivory Coast team-mate Nicolas Pepe, who joined Arsenal from Lille in a £72m summer switch.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have been scouting Atalanta left back Robin Gosens and 19-year-old Valencia starlet Carlos Perez.
