Moussa Dembele is ‘ready to move’ if Chelsea or Manchester United come in for him this month.
The Lyon hitman has been heavily linked with a move to both clubs, with the two keen on bolstering their attacking options.
Blues boss Frank Lampard wants some competition for top-scorer Tammy Abraham, with current back-ups Michy Batshuayi and Olivier Giroud netting just one Premier League goal between them.
Meanwhile, United also want to add another forward to their ranks after opting not to replace Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez in the summer.
The duo joined Inter Milan and, although they do have Marcus Rashford , Anthony Martial and the emerging Mason Greenwood to call on, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has openly spoken of his desire for another forward.
Dembele has netted 33 goals in 73 appearances for Lyon and, according to transfer expert Duncan Castles, the Frenchman is keen to prove himself in England’s top flight.
“Moussa Dembele’s ready to move to the Premier League, I can tell you that,” he said on Reach Plc’s Transfer Window podcast .
“Were an offer to come in from one of his suitors, and we’re not just talking Chelsea here, Moussa Dembele’s a player that Manchester United have monitored for a number of years.

“Manchester United have told representatives of the player that he is on their list, their extensively analysed and scouted list that Ed Woodward likes to talk about in interviews these days, and an option for them in January or in the summer.
“So Dembele is ready to move if an offer is made to Lyon that is acceptable to the French club for his services, and that I think is the fundamental problem here.
