Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has confirmed they have received bids for Moussa Dembele.
The striker, previously linked with Manchester United , has been tipped to head to Chelsea as Frank Lampard looks to bolster his attacking options in the January transfer window.
Dembele, who has starred at Lyon since his move from Celtic, is reportedly happy to consider a move to Stamford Bridge despite competition with Tammy Abraham.
But Aulas says he will be going nowhere during the winter window – despite confirming offers have been received.
Aulas told Lyon’s official website: “Moussa Dembélé will not leave because he wants to stay to win something with Lyon.
“There have been offers for him and for other players but none of those that we want to keep will leave in January.”
Moussa Dembele is a top transfer target for Chelsea
Expanding on their plans for the transfer window, he said: “We are not in a dramatic situation. It is difficult in terms of the content of our football but we are still in all the competitions.
“We are going to try to strengthen. Our first reaction is to look to the youngsters in the academy who are playing and showing more. The second is to sign players.
“The board has decided to do it but not at any price and not at all costs. We will only do deals that correspond with what our Sporting Director, board members and manager want.

Chelsea have also been linked with a move for West Ham defender Issa Diop.
Diop has been tipped to make a £40million move across London, but the Hammers are reportedly set to rebuff all offers for the centre-back this month.
