Chelsea team confirmed vs Burnley: No N’Golo Kante as Callum Hudson-Odoi starts

Chelsea take on Burnley this afternoon in their first Premier League match at Stamford Bridge of 2020.

2019 did not end well for the Blues at home, with defeats to West Ham, Bournemouth and Southampton marring their impressive away form.

A win last week against Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup in west London will give Frank Lampard’s side some confidence, but they will need to take their chances.

Lampard will want his team to be positive and take the opportunities they get, and that is reflected in the team that he has started against the Clarets.

Tammy Abraham, of course, leads the line for the Blues and he will be looking to add to his 12 Premier League goals that he has netted so far.
