Frank Lampard insists forgotten Chelsea man is still part of future plans

Frank Lampard insists Pedro remains part of his plans at Chelsea but did not state whether the Spaniard will get a contract extension.

The 32-year-old has found playing time hard to come by this season, with just four starts in the Premier League and two appearances off the bench in the Champions League.

Pedro’s current deal with the Blues runs out in the summer, meaning the winger can look to move on this month and even speak to other clubs.

Despite the numerous trophy wins, Pedro has slipped down the pecking order with the Blues, with Willian, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Christian Pulisic rotating in the wide positions.
