Chelsea have been eyeing new centre backs, according to the latest report from The Evening Standard.
The report claims that Chelsea are looking at alternatives to Nathan Ake, whom of which they have cooled their interest in signing this window due to concerns after a scouting report recently.
As a result, they are interested in signing Brighton centre back Lewis Dunk, or West Ham’s Issa Diop.
Dunk will come at a rather hefty £50 million fee, but he is apparently keen on making the move to London during this window and his club wont stop him providing his fee is met.
Diop is another one Chelsea are allegedly looking at, but I am pretty sure that West Ham would not be interested in doing a deal for the 23-year old defender.
As well as the defence, Chelsea will surely be looking at new left backs, and a new striker this window as they look to add quality.
