Chelsea fans are convinced Timo Werner is ready to leave RB Leipzig for the Blues after his latest comments on the Premier League.
The Stamford Bridge side have had a FIFA ban overturned meaning that they can register new players to the squad.
But Frank Lampard has yet to splash the cash despite being linked with a host of players.
On the shopping list include a new left-back, centre-back, wide forward and a striker.
And Werner has been touted for a transfer as he fulfils the last two objectives and is in the midst of a barnstorming season in the Bundesliga.

The 23-year-old has scored 23 in 25 appearances this campaign and recently insisted that he loves the Premier League .
“The Premier League is certainly the most interesting league, you have to say. There is a certain flair to watching the English league and playing there,” he said.
“As of now I have no desire to look for a move elsewhere.”

And Chelsea fans have taken it as a hint that a west London switch is on the cards.

Meanwhile, Duncan Castles has stated that Chelsea are already looking for Willian replacements – whose contract expires in the summer.
“Their priorities, I’m told, are elsewhere, particularly on the wing where they envisage losing Willian at the latest in the summer,” he said.
