Conor Gallagher was one of the stars for Swansea City on his debut for the Championship club.
The 19-year-old made 26 appearances for Charlton Athletic in the first half of the season, scoring six goals for Lee Bowyer’s side.
He also set up two assists for the Addicks and was one of three new arrivals in south Wales on loan from a Premier League club.
Fellow Chelsea youngster Marc Guehi was brought in to shore up the Swansea defence while Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster was signed to add some goals to their attack.

The forward himself had been a part of the Chelsea youth set up prior to leaving for Merseyside in 2014 and is 19, the same age as Gallagher.
It was the Reds striker who got the first goal of the game against Wigan Athletic as all three players made their bows for the Jacks, but it was Gallagher who set him up.
The Chelsea midfielder slid a wonderful pass through into the penalty box for Brewster to race on to and put away to secure a vital equaliser.
Wigan had taken the lead in the 16th minute only for Swansea to answer their goal in the 19th minute.
Andre Ayew went on to win the game in the second half with Bersant Celina getting the assist for the talismanic Ghanaian.
Gallagher is highly thought of at Stamford Bridge and it is hoped that he can push on to even higher heights at Swansea after impressing at Charlton.
He is one of a number of exciting youngsters hoping to break through into Frank Lampard’s team in the future after a season that has seen the Blues trust in youth.
