Manchester United, Spurs, Napoli, Valencia and Wolves are all said to be tracking his progress, but if Madrid are to enter the race, that could rule a number of those sides out of the running.
However, Soumare is apparently attracted to a move to the Premier League, but if the paper is to be believed, Lille will be hoping for €50m (£42m) to €60m (£51m) to allow the midfielder to leave.
