Premier League transfer rumours: Chelsea target makes decision, Everton eye shock January move

The January transfer window is open – and clubs are still hoping to complete business in the next couple of weeks.

The window has been open for 19 days and some deals have been done, but there could be plenty of movement over the next few days as the clock ticks down towards the deadline on January 31.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are among the clubs being linked with players to strengthen their squads, with all three sides still harbouring hopes of qualifying for the Champions League next season.

Time is running out though, and there are now less than two weeks for clubs to get deals done.
