Chelsea news: Tammy Abraham injury, Moussa Dembele transfer update, Lampard told to sign striker

Yesterday was match day for Chelsea – and it was a big one as the Arsenal visited Stamford Bridge in a London derby.

Frank Lampard’s Blues welcomed the Gunners to Stamford Bridge, with Chelsea sitting ten points above their opponents in the Premier League table.

Chelsea started brightly, with Jorginho converting a penalty after David Luiz was sent off for hauling down Tammy Abraham following a Shkodran Mustafi mistake.

But Gabriel Martinelli equalised for the Gunners in the second half, capitalising on a slip from N’Golo Kante.

Cesar Azpilicueta thought he had sealed all three points for Lampard’s side after his goal in the 84th minute, but Hector Bellerin popped up with another equaliser for the visitors before full-time.
