Barcelona send former player to watch Allan Arigoni in bid to beat Chelsea in transfer race

Barcelona have sent ex-midfielder Jose Mari Bakero to watch transfer target Allan Arigoni in action, with Chelsea also reportedly eyeing up a move for the player.
