Chelsea have done plenty of business in this transfer window – but annoyingly for fans it’s all outgoing.
One of those we’ve managed to shift is Victor Moses, who was having a not very successful loan spell at Fenerbahce. Nobody had very high hopes of where he might end up. It’s hardly like he’s stacked up 4 good seasons in a row.
In the end he shocked everyone by getting a move to Inter Milan to join up with his old manager from Chelsea, and the man under whom he had his only great season – Antonio Conte.
Despite those connections, it’s a hard transfer to get your head around, and you’d do well to read Colin Udoh’s article on the subject on ESPN.
It’s a really interesting piece, and one that details exactly the thought process behind Conte taking the Chelsea man with him to Milan.
Maybe it does make some sense after all? We just want to see Victor flourishing again, and if it’s going to be anywhere, it’s going to be in Milan.
