Barcelona have made another attempt on Willian at Chelsea as they look to toe down an attacking player before the transfer window shuts.
The Catalan club have long been linked with the Brazilian after making a series of bids last season and the year before.
But the Blues have always rebuffed their interest, despite the last bid amounting to a reported £55m.
However, Barcelona believe another raid is possible this time round with Willian’s contract currently dwindling down.
Chelsea have a policy of only offering over-30s a one-year deal but the former Shakhtar attacker wants a longer contract.

It means that he is free to speak to foreign clubs over a pre-contract agreement.
It has set off alarm bells at Barcelona, though they would prefer a deal to go through this month.
With Luis Suarez out injured for the majority of the season, Los Cules are keen on snapping up a forward to bolster their ranks.
Barcelona are looking at options to replace the injured Luis Suarez

“We’ve just got another transfer update coming into us,” Solhekol said.
“This is a big story regarding Chelsea. What we are hearing at the moment is that Barcelona are preparing to make a late, last-minute, £20m bid for the Chelsea winger Willian.

“He is a player they have tried to sign in the past, they’ve been long-term admirers of the Brazilian who is out of contract in the summer.
