Liverpool’s team selection for the FA Cup fourth round replay against Shrewsbury Town has got Chelsea fans talking.
As expected, it’s a very youthful Reds starting lineup.
In addition, Jurgen Klopp has stuck to his word and is not present for the tie at Anfield as Under-23 boss Neil Critchley will take charge of the team which includes the likes of Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott.

Despite heavy criticism and claims of disrespecting the FA Cup, Klopp – when speaking last week – insisted his decision made sense with the authorities to blame for not giving players more of a break.
“What difference would it make? Why should I be there?” he said before Liverpool’s clash against West Ham.
“On the football side it is clear and the other thing is we have to make a stand.
“I really don’t understand that I should be in the directors box just because people pay money to watch the game. If we react how we always react and find a way to do it, then nothing will change.
“I decided three weeks ago we would have a mid-season break based on a letter we got [from the FA] in April 2019. Although it was not in the beginning, it is now a principle thing.”

Given that tonight’s winners will face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge next month, it’s natural that Blues supporters have had plenty to say about Klopp’s decision.
Naturally seeing Shrewsbury as the easier option of the two teams, many fans are actually happy with the stance Klopp has taken.
