Chelsea can buy Boga
Sassuolo CEO Giovanni Carnevalli has confirmed that Chelsea do have a buy-back option on Jeremie Boga this summer.
Boga has impressed in Serie A this season, with six goals and three assists in 21 games in the league so far.
“Chelsea can redeem him in June,” Tuttomercatoweb report him saying in a press conference.
“We have excellent relationships with them, we met them with them before Christmas also for other operations, because we like it as we did with Barcelona, to have a collaborative relationship.
“They can take him back, but we can also do an operation together, we can take him back, there is total openness.”
Summer spending spree
Chelsea will splash the cash to back Frank Lampard this summer after failing to strengthen their squad in January.
The Blues were operating under a transfer ban in the summer and failed to add any new recruits last month despite that being lifted.
As a result, the Evening Standard report Chelsea will spend over £150million on new stars.
Jadon Sancho and Moussa Dembele are the club’s first-choice targets, with Hakim Ziyech and Wilfried Zaha also on their wishlist.
Chelsea will prioritise a deal to sign Lyon striker Moussa Dembele in the summer.
