Jorginho’s future at Chelsea has been thrown up into the air following comments from his agent.
The Italian midfielder only moved to Stamford Bridge 18 months ago, and his performances are continually improving under current boss Frank Lampard.
However, he was reportedly comfortable under Maurizio Sarri, who he worked with previously at Napoli – and now could be eyeing up a third spell with the Italian disciplinarian.
Sarri quit Chelsea for Juventus last summer and is desperately looking to improve his side, with Inter Milan and Lazio pushing them for the Serie A title in a topsy-turvy campaign.
Jorginho’s agent, Joao Santos, has opnely spoken about the possibility of his client moving to Juventus in the past.

And he has now talked up the possibility of Jorginho being on the move this summer – depending on how well he performs at Euro 2020.
Santos told TMW: “[Jorginho’s] goal is Euro 2020 with the national team – there are many expectations around Mancini’s team.
“The Euros are also a good personal showcase, he is doing very well at Chelsea and I am sure that some important offers will come because in his role there are not many high level players like him around.”

Santos was then questioned specifically on a move to Juventus being a possibility and he said: “Why not?
“I am sure that some important offers will come, which we would obviously evaluate together with Chelsea.”
Jorginho has played 32 times for Chelsea already this season and is expected to be a key man for Italy at Euro 2020.
