Throwback to when Steve Gerrard was hilariously trolled by a Chelsea mascot » Chelsea News

Chelsea and Liverpool have a deep rivalry that goes back many years, and one of the main rivalries was between the two club captains back the 2000s, John Terry and Steven Gerrard.

ESPN have decided to share a lovely throwback of a game between the two sides back in 2006, where Terry and Gerrard were getting set to lead out their respective teams in the tunnel at Stamford Bridge.

Hilariously, a young Chelsea mascot with died blue hair puts his hand out to shake Gerrard’s hand, then moved it back in when Gerrard tries to shake it! Amazing stuff lad, just look at Claude Makelele’s face!

On this day in 2006, a Chelsea legend was born 😂
