Jorginho’s agent has once again hinted that the midfielder could move back to Italy in the summer.
The playmaker has won Blues fans round after some solid performances under Frank Lampard.

His tenure is west London could now be coming to an end, though.
Jorginho’s representative, Joao Santos, did little to quash speculation linking his client with Juventus.
“Anything can happen inside the transfer market,” he told Tutto Juve .
“The ‘why not?’ means that Jorginho has a three-year contract with Chelsea, the priority is clearly to stay here, but we could also consider leaving the club in July.

“It is the most important team in Italy, the one that has won the most in recent years. We would not say no to the Bianconeri.”
Sarri is now in the Juve hot seat at the Old Lady having parted company with Chelsea in the summer.
His side are top the pile in Serie A, but the former banker was fuming after they lost 2-1 to Hellas Verona on Saturday.
“Evidently we have different performances and results when comparing home form to away,” he said.
