Chelsea are ready to make a renewed bid for Hakim Ziyech in the summer, according to reports.
The Blues did not make any signings in the January transfer window despite their transfer ban being reduced, with Ajax midfielder Ziyech among the names that were linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
However, that is expected to change this summer as The Telegraph reports that the west London side are preparing for a £150m spending spree and will watch Ziyech for the remainder of the campaign.
It’s stated that Chelsea saw an advance rejected last month by Ajax, who insisted the 26-year-old would see out the remainder of the season in the Eredivisie after penning a new deal in August.

However, previous comments by the Dutch side’s Sporting Director Marc Overmars will give the Blues encouragement ahead of a possible bid in the summer.
“Hakim leaves when a good club presents itself,” Overmars told De Telegraaf last year.
“That happens, I think, because he is much more in the spotlight because of his great game in the Champions League than last year.
“Very large clubs are hanging around him.
“By the way, we promised Hakim a nice transfer on his arrival.”
Ajax CEO Edwin van der Sar has also admitted that Ajax are resigned to selling more of their top stars.
Speaking to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, the former Manchester United goalkeeper said: Next year Ajax will undoubtedly also lose players again,” he said.
