Chelsea are expected to wrap up the signing of Ajax attacking midfielder Hakim Ziyech by the end of this week, with the player expected to arrive at Stamford Bridge in the summer.
The Blues have agreed a 45 million euro deal to sign the 26-year old Moroccan international, who has also agreed personal terms at the club.

So what does this mean for Chelsea’s alleged pursuit of Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho? Well, nothing at all, according to Sky Sports, who believe that this signing does not mean they have pulled out of the Sancho chase.
However, the reliable Daily Telegraph reporter Matt Law isn’t as sure on this situation as he states he is ‘unclear’ on what the Ziyech signings means for Chelsea’s Sancho pursuit.
Sancho will be an expensive pursuit, but he had always been touted as Lampard’s priority. Time will tell whether the club will sanction this move as well, with other positions also needing strengthening.
