Hakim Ziyech and Jadon Sancho’s first season together at Chelsea predicted by Football Manager

It’s looking very likely that the future of Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Jadon Sancho will be one of the stories of the 2020 summer transfer window, with the England international heavily linked with a move back to the Premier League.

Since leaving Manchester City, Sancho has developed into one of the best young players in the world at Dortmund, showcasing his incredible talent on a weekly basis, whilst also proving crazy numbers in terms of goals and assists, with this year proving to be one of his best yet.

The 19-year-old has already scored 12 goals and registered 13 assists in just 19 Bundesliga appearances, making him one of the most productive players in world football.

We used popular football management simulation game Football Manager 2020 to have a bit of fun and try to predict the future with Sancho at Chelsea.

Jadon Sancho to Chelsea in summer of 2020

To set up this simulation, we booted up the Football Manager 2020 editor and arranged for Sancho to join Chelsea on July 1st 2020 for a fee of £120 million.

We then simulated the entire 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons on the game, to see what kind of impact the former Manchester City forward could have at Stamford Bridge.
