Olivier Giroud Chelsea exit nears as Lazio return with ‘concrete’ transfer proposal

Chelsea outcast Olivier Giroud has received an offer to join Lazio when his contract expires at Stamford Bridge this summer.

The 33-year-old has fallen down the pecking order under Frank Lampard this season, making just two starts in the Premier League and only featuring another three times off the bench.

It is believed he was desperate to leave the Blues last month, but a potential move to Inter Milan failed to materialise.

According to Le 10 Sport , though, Giroud could still be set for a switch to Italy at the end of the season.
