‘He’s seen the light!’ – Chelsea fans love what Frank Lampard has done against Bournemouth

Frank Lampard’s team selection for this afternoon’s Premier League fixture against Bournemouth has got a number of Chelsea fans talking.

As expected, the Blues have arrived at the Vitality Stadium without four key players.

N’Golo Kante, Tammy Abraham, Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi are all unavailable because of injury, and there’s hope that the Frenchman will be back in action at some point next month.

The big news is that Fikayo Tomori comes into the back three as he takes the place of Antonio Rudiger who drops to the bench.

In total, Lampard has made two changes to the team which were beaten 3-0 by Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday night as Pedro takes the place of Ross Barkley.

This also means that Willy Caballero gets the nod in between the sticks once again, despite Kepa Arrizabalaga’s impressive save in training ahead of the Bournemouth trip.

Olivier Giroud starts his third consecutive game as he’s preferred to Michy Batshuayi in the absence of Abraham.

Among the substitutes once again is Ruben Loftus-Cheek and he will be looking to make his first senior appearance of the season.
