Chelsea told how to address recent slump in form or face missing out on top four

Chelsea are in serious danger of missing out on a Champions League place if they do not address their current slump in form.

That is the view of Match of the Day pundit Alan Shearer, who has highlighted three main reasons why the Blues are struggling to pick up points at the moment.

Frank Lampard ’s men held a healthy cushion over the chasing pack in the Premier League until recently but are now looking over their shoulders.

And a 2-2 draw at lowly Bournemouth on Saturday means Manchester United will move to just one point behind them if they win at Everton on Sunday.
