Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool have all been informed that it will cost the more than £120m to sign Jadon Sancho this summer.
The winger has contributed 14 goals and 14 assists in the Bundesliga this season and is being closely monitored by all of Europe’s top clubs.
Any hopes of picking Sancho up on the cheap, like Borussia Dortmund managed to do with Erling Haaland in January, appear to have gone out of the window already, however.
According to German publication Bild, the Bundesliga outfit will only consider offers worth 15 times more than the £8m that they paid Manchester City to sign him in 2017.
Borussia Dortmund are set to make a huge profit on Jadon Sancho should they decide to sell this summer
That means all three of the interested Premier League outfits will have to smash their transfer records in order to land the 19-year-old hotshot.
According to Bleacher Report, the Red Devils are hoping they can fend off competition for the highly-rated England star with just three words.
They are ‘history, heritage and pedigree’.
A source told the outlet: “Everyone wants to play for us.”
Jadon Sancho has become a regular in the England squad
Sancho was benched by Dortmund boss Lucien Favre for not arriving on time for the team meeting at a Champions League away game in Barcelona back in December.
The pair’s relationship seems to be blossoming again but it remains to be seen whether he will agitate for a move back to homeland this summer.
But Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachim Watze has warned the interested Premier League sides that Sancho is ‘very happy’ at the club.
“I think he has the feeling that the club does have a good future”, Watze told BBC Sport. “In my opinion, I don’t think he wants to leave.
