Carlo Ancelotti’s message

Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti says he is relishing his return to Chelsea on Sunday.

The former Chelsea boss will be back in the dugout at Stamford Bridge as an opposing manager, having enjoyed success during his time in west London a decade ago.

Ancelotti led the Blues to a league and cup double in his first season at the club in 2009-10, and the Italian is looking forward to returning to Stamford Bridge with Everton.

“It will be an emotional moment for me,” he said.

“I have fantastic memories of the period I was there. I’m really excited to come back.”

Meanwhile, Lampard is hoping that Ancelotti will be given a good reception from the Stamford Bridge faithful, adding that he has huge respect for the Italian and what he achieved during his time in west London.

Chelsea open talks for German wonderkid

The Sun are reporting that Chelsea have opened talks with Bundesliga. 2 side Vfl Bochum over a move for 18-year-old defender Armel Bella-Kotchap.

The youngster only put pen to paper on his first professional contract with the German club a year ago but he has already lit up the German second-tier with his collection of fine performances.

Even though he has only played eight times in the league this season, Bella-Kotchap is attracting interest from a collection of big clubs, including Chelsea.

The report claims that the centre-back, who is a Germany Under-18 international, would be available for £6.5million.
