Premier League team of the weekend: Man Utd and Liverpool stars make it into XI

Manchester United and Liverpool stars make it into Starsport’s Premier League team of the weekend after another action packed couple of days of matches.

United beat rivals Manchester City 2-0 on Sunday with Liverpool now just two wins away from their maiden title after victory over Bournemouth.

Chelsea saw off Everton 4-0 in a comfortable display while Arsenal had to be at their best defensively as they earned a 1-0 win over West Ham.

Sheffield United and Newcastle also earned three valuable points while Wolves were held to a goalless draw by Brighton. And Tottenham could only draw 1-1 at Burnley.

And in a relatively low scoring week, it’s those that shone at the back that dominate our team of the weekend.
