Chelsea fans are loving Didier Drogba’s response to the club’s posting of a John Terry throwback video
Blues hero Drogba clearly has the ultimate trust in his former captain John Terry, as this video shows.
The pair spent several seasons together in west London, winning four Premier League titles and four FA Cups.
Chelsea recently shared an old clip of the pair from training that sees Drogba sat on an exercise ball with a cone on his head.
Several metres away Terry is lining up a shot to clear the cone from his team-mate’s head without hitting the Ivorian square in the face.
Drogba doesn’t flinch at all as the Aston Villa assistant takes out the cone cleanly and runs off to celebrate.

Chelsea posted the video on Twitter with the caption: “Never in doubt, @didier Drogba!”
The former Blues striker then responded: “Never ever hahah.”
And the interaction between Chelsea and Drogba prompted plenty of love from fans in the replies.
“KING DROGBA,” replied one fan.
“Two kings,” said another.
“Please can you come back,” pleaded a third.
One fan declared: “King Drogba… Best striker of all time.”
While others were in a nostalgic mood, clearly missing the old side that manager Frank Lampard was also a part of.
“I miss this Chelsea team,” said one supporter.
Another said: “Miss you so much guys.”
Following Drogba’s second spell at the club in 2015, he went on play in MLS with Montreal Impact and Phoenix Rising before hanging up his boots in 2018.
Drogba was offered the chance to reunite with Lampard this summer but the 42-year-old wants to help grow football in his homeland.
“I had an offer to stay at Chelsea where everything would be perfect and conditions are met,” Drogba said.
