The likes of United, Chelsea and Arsenal have been contacted over his availability and are all pondering whether to splash the cash on the former Atletico Madrid man.
The Red Devils were extremely interested in the forward when he was at the Wanda Metropolitano but a deal never materialised.
If one of the Premier League big boys does take a punt, it will give Barca the necessary funds to go all out for Neymar.
