Tammy Abraham hits back at ‘fake news’ over Chelsea contract ‘demand’

Chelsea star Tammy Abraham has rubbished media reports he is stalling over signing a bumper new contract at Stamford Bridge.

Earlier this month it was suggested the striker was avoiding putting pen to paper on a new £180,000-a-week a deal, which would have made him the club’s highest earner.

However, the Telegraph have said this isn’t the case regarding Abraham’s new deal.

And the young forward is seemingly pleased that the original claims have been clarified by a different source.

Abraham responded to a Chelsea fan site that linked to the story on their Instagram account, replying: “Finally some real news.”
