Chelsea and Frank Lampard could be affected by Manchester United’s plans in the summer transfer window.
The Premier League rivals are not only set to go head-to-head for the signing of Jadon Sancho, but they’re also interested in signing Birmingham City wonderkid Jude Bellingham.
In regards to the Borussia Dortmund winger, all signs are pointing towards him being on the move at the end of the season.

“Even before the coronavirus outbreak, we said that we prefer that Jadon stays with us,” Dortmund chief Hans-Joachim Watzke has recently stated.
“At the end of the day, however, you always have to respect what the player wants.
“But I’ll say clearly that even the very rich clubs shouldn’t believe they can come here to snap up bargains.”
With that said, there have been rumours of Sancho “unofficially confirming” that he will be moving to Old Trafford instead of Stamford Bridge in the summer.
This rumour prompted a big reaction from Chelsea supporters on social media.
However, while speculation regarding Sancho will rumble on for another few months, it would appear that the Red Devils are planning for alternatives.
As per the Manchester Evening News, reports claim that United are considering moves for former players Wilfried Zaha or Memphis Depay if they fail to Jadon Sancho in the next transfer window.
This would be fantastic news for Chelsea and head coach Frank Lampard because if their rivals are turning their attention elsewhere, it could mean that Sancho makes the move to west London instead.
With that said, former Blues defender Frank Sinclair is not convinced a £150m deal for Sancho would be the best idea.
