Callum Hudson-Odoi admits to chats with Jadon Sancho amid Chelsea transfer links

Callum Hudson-Odoi has admitted that he is in contact with Jadon Sancho – over being his FIFA buddy.

The Chelsea forward is close pals with the England international amid talk he could move to Borussia Dortmund.

The Blues have made the 20-year-old a top target as they look to replace the outgoing Willian.

But they are not alone, with Manchester United believed to be leading the charge for the winger.

Sancho has been in tremendous form this season, scoring 14 times in the Bundesliga and assisting 15.

Both Premier League outfits are looking to snap him up and any advantage will likely be utilised to their maximum effect.

Sancho has close pals at the two clubs and Hudson-Odoi has opened up over the pair’s relationship – on FIFA.

After being asked who is ideal FIFA buddy is, the Chelsea winger told BBC Sport: “You know who I’m calling?

“I’m calling this person on purpose because he always thinks he is better than me but he’s not.

“I am calling out Sancho.

“Every time I speak to him I’m like, ‘aw Sanch let’s play FIFA’ or he’ll be like ‘Cal let’s play’.

“But we are always doing something so we never get to play.

“So now, I am ready let’s play let’s go.”

Hudson-Odoi, stuck in self-isolation along with the rest of us, went on to reveal what he is watching in self-isolation – with a pretty popular show springing to mind.

He said: “Some new thing on Netflix, called Tiger King.

“Some of the things this guy has got, how he is suing people and I think he said he something like over 200 tigers.”
