Frank Lampard wants to get his wide players such as Christian Pulisic contributing goals and assists to his team.
That’s according to former Liverpool midfielder Jamie Redknapp, who says he has been discussing the talented American’s importance to Chelsea with Lampard.
Pulisic has been Chelsea’s standout performer since the season restarted as he scored crucial goals against Aston Villa and Manchester City.
The 21-year-old’s direct, attacking style and creativity on the flanks provides Lampard with an exciting outlet out wide.
And Redknapp reckons he he could be in line for more game time with Pedro and Willian expected to leave the club.

“Speaking to Frank Lampard the other day, we found ourselves discussing Christian Pulisic,” Redknapp wrote in his column for the Daily Mail.
“For a first season in the Premier League, and considering the injury he had, the 21-year-old has been outstanding.
