Since English football made its return almost a fortnight ago it is safe to say that the restart could not have gone much better for Chelsea.
They have recorded three wins out of three, closed the gap on third-placed Leicester City in the Premier League table to just one point, progressed to the semi-finals of the FA Cup and continue to make a lot of noises in the transfer market.
To say that Chelsea are a club on an upwards trajectory would probably be understatement.
But all of the signs suggest that Chelsea are, indeed, heading in the right direction, with head coach Frank Lampard being able to get victories out of his team whilst the board are working hard to make his squad even stronger ahead of next season, with the Blues having already completed deals to sign Hakim Ziyech from Ajax and Timo Werner from Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig.

Whilst the additions of Ziyech and Werner are, of course, massive statements of intent, the addition of those two could be just the start, with the Blues continuing to be heavily linked with Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell, Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho and Kai Havertz of Bayer Leverkusen, all of whom would add masses of quality to the Blues’ squad.
And with plenty of excitement building amongst the club’s supporters, both for the remainder of the season and the upcoming transfer window, our Chelsea correspondent, Oliver Harbord, gave his thoughts on some of the biggest talking points at Stamford Bridge right now, as he was asked questions on a range of topics during a Q&A with supporters on Monday.
