Crystal Palace vs Chelsea live: Kick-off time, confirmed team news, goal and score updates

Chelsea will be aiming to record a second successive victory when they travel across London to face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this evening.

After being beaten 3-2 by West Ham United last Wednesday evening at the London Stadium, the Blues made a return to winning ways on Saturday with a comfortable 3-0 home triumph over Watford.

Goals from Olivier Giroud, Willian and Ross Barkley were enough to seal a convincing win for Frank Lampard’s side, ensuring they remained in the driving seat to secure a top-four finish ahead of Manchester United, who are keeping the pressure firmly on.

Palace, meanwhile, will be aiming to put a recent run of poor form to bed, as they will head into the contest on a run of three successive defeats.

After beating relegation-threatened AFC Bournemouth 2-0 in their game back following last month’s restart, Roy Hodgson’s side have since been beaten by Liverpool (4-0), Burnley (1-0) and most recently Leicester City (3-0).

It promises to be interesting battle, with both sides in need of a victory for very different reasons.
