Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri looks certain to leave the club this summer.
A string of Serie A clubs are considering a move for the 25-year-old as Frank Lampard looks to add competition for Marcos Alonso when the transfer market opens later in the year.
The left-back failed to secure a run of regular starts under each of Antonio Conte, Maurizio Sarri and now Lampard, making 53 appearances across three seasons following his £18m switch from Roma.
Reports have now circulated in his home country suggesting that he will be leaving west London over the coming months, and the Blues are willing to only make a very slim profit.
Emerson’s time at Chelsea looks set to end when the transfer window reopens
Italian outlet InterNews have reported that Lampard’s firm stance over the former Santos and Palermo man will force Marina Granovskaia to agree a deal that is lower than the £27m valuation.
The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for Leicester City defender Ben Chilwell in recent weeks, and should the Foxes slip out of the top four it could give him a push to force a move.
Emerson could in turn join one either Conte at Inter or Sarri and Juventus, having previously shown he has the talent to impress in Italy.
When rumours over his future began to swirl earlier in the year, the defender issued a statement on Twitter that suggested he was focused on life in the capital.
