Well, a move for Jan Oblak could potentially also be on the cards going on what Atletico Madrid assistant boss German Burgos had to say about the shot-stopper.

Asked which Atleti players he would take with him this summer as he is set to depart the Spanish capital, he opened up on the Blues’ apparent interest in the Slovenian.

Speaking to Marca, he said: “‘If I only quote one who I would take with me from Atletico de Madrid, it would be bad, I have to name them all.

“Look, the Russian (Roman Abramovich) wants to take Oblak.”
