FA Cup final date and kick-off time confirmed ahead of Arsenal vs Chelsea showdown

The FA Cup final between Arsenal and Chelsea will take place on Saturday, August 1 at 5.30pm.

Arsenal and Chelsea will both compete in the final at Wembley six days after finishing the Premier League season.

The match will be broadcast on BT Sport and BBC One with the showpiece event being played behind closed doors.

Arsenal booked their spot in the final with a convincing 2-0 win over Manchester City on Saturday.

Arteta got one over his old boss Pep Guardiola with a tactical masterclass as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang struck twice.
