Blues’ past Koulibaly move

The former agent of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has revealed that he could have moved to Stamford Bridge when Antonio Conte was in charge of the Blues.

The agent has revealed that Chelsea had a bid in excess of £52 million rejected for the defender, with the player now said to be worth north of £100 million.

“Three years ago, his rating was very high, and Conte’s Chelsea also arrived. They offered 58 million-plus some bonuses, but De Laurentiis refused,” he said.
