Chelsea have received an unexpected transfer boost for Kalidou Koulibaly.
The Napoli defender has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, with the Blues and Manchester United seeming to be the clubs most interested in him.
Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has previously said the club will not sell their key defender for less than €100m (£90m) but, in a new update, he revealed he would be willing to listen to a lower offer.
De Laurentiis said that, whilst every player has their price, Koulibaly has not shown any interest in leaving the club.

“Kalidou is a wonderful person and of course it’d be sad to lose him,” the Napoli chief told Sky Italia.
“Everything has a time and a place, even when it comes to going our separate ways.
“Having said that, we don’t have €90m (£81m) on the table and in any case, it takes two to separate.”
His stance marks a slight change from a previous update, where he said it would take a £90m bid to even make him consider selling Koulibaly.
He said: “If City or United or PSG with €100m showed up, I would think about it and it is probably that they would leave.
“Always if their will was to leave.”
Koulibaly also spoke about his future last month, with the 29-year-old revealing he had not even considered leaving Napoli.
“In football, you never know what happens. I never spoke to Napoli about leaving,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“If we have to find a solution, we will find it, but I have never talked about the transfer market.
