Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang may well have been crowned man of the match in Arsenal ’s FA Cup triumph but Danny Murphy had other ideas.
The Gabon international scored either side of half-time as Arsenal came from a goal down against Chelsea to be crowned FA Cup champions for a 14th time.
While Aubameyang will steal the headlines, BBC commentator Danny Murphy reckons Dani Ceballos deserved the man of the match accolade.
“I understand why they have given Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang the Man of the Match award because he’s been the match winner,” he said.
“But Dani Ceballos has been the best man on the pitch.”

The Spaniard ran the show in midfield as he kept Chelsea’s attack at bay while also providing Arsenal’s attackers with some creativity going forward.
Aubameyang again made headlines when it came to lifting the trophy as he ended up dropping the Cup before lifting it.
“I saw him [Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang] walking with the bottom bit attached and I was like ‘you need to take that off!’ It seems the trend now anyway for people to drop the trophy,” said his team-mate Rob Holding.
