Chelsea create £65m Declan Rice transfer plan as Frank Lampard eyes West Ham star

Chelsea are looking at ways to raise £65m for West Ham and England midfielder Declan Rice.

The Serie A champions have been heavily linked with the former Napoli star, due to his long-running relationship with Maurizio Sarri.

And Juve could launch an offer this summer, paving the way for Chelsea to fund a move for former Blues academy star Rice.
