Manuel Neuer tells Chelsea and Marina Granovskaia who they should sign after Kai Havertz

Having already secured deals for both Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner in recent months, the Blues have now moved onto their next targets, as they look to try and build a squad capable of establishing itself as the top dog in English football once again. understands that Chelsea have identified Bayer Leverkusen starlet Kai Havertz as their top target this summer, with talks between themselves and the Bundesliga club continuing to rumble on.

Whilst adding Havertz to their ranks would be a terrific signing for the Blues, it is the defensive ranks that need bolstering most.
