As Chelsea continue to get linked with signing a number of high profile players, they are also looking to sell and loan players out to make room and raise funds.
One player they are looking to send out on a loan to buy deal is outcast midfielder, Tiemoue Bakayoko.
The former Monaco man has had a disastrous Chelsea career since joining in 2017. He has since spent time out on loan after failing to make it in any of Chelsea’s squads even after trying out during pre-season.
But this time around it looks like the 26-year old will be spending his pre-season elsewhere, AC Milan in fact.
This is according to the paper edition of Corriere dello Sport (as cited by Sport Witness).
They say that negotiations have advanced and Bakayoko is now ‘really close’ to joining Milan, and it could even be confirmed this week.
The deal has been worked on for over two months and finally looks close to conclusion.
