Coutinho approach

Marca report that Chelsea have enquired about Philippe Coutinho’s situation at Barcelona.

The Brazilian attacker’s future at the Nou Camp looks uncertain as he returns from a hit-and-miss loan spell at Bayern Munich that ended with a Champions League final victory over PSG.

Whilst Coutinho is said to be keen to return to the Premier League, new Barca boss Ronald Koeman is reportedly open to keeping the player.

Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is desperate for a reunion with Kante at the San Siro and has made the midfielder his number one priority this summer.

Yet the French World Cup winner will not come cheaply, and Gazzetta dello Sport report that one of Marcelo Brozovic, Milan Skriniar and Lautaro Martinez could be sold by Inter in order to finance a deal.
