Good evening, Chelsea fans. Here are your evening headlines for Tuesday, September 15.
Bayern restart Hudson-Odoi pursuit
Bayern Munich are back in for Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to reports in Germany.
The England international appeared to have ended talk of an exit by signing a new long-term deal with the Blues at the start of last season, but Bayern – who were intent on signing him earlier in 2019 – are believed to have revived their interest.
According to Sky in Germany, the Bundesliga champions have been joined by Juventus and RB Leipzig in considering a move for the 19-year-old, who came on as a late substitute in Monday’s victory over Brighton & Hove Albion.
Hudson-Odoi played 22 times last season after recovering from an Achilles injury, but only seven of those appearances were starts as Christian Pulisic and Willian featured more prominently in the wide positions.
With Chelsea further adding to their attacking ranks this summer, spending big on Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz, Hudson-Odoi’s future is again the subject of discussion.
Havertz and Mason Mount were handed the attacking midfield berths by Frank Lampard in the season opener, with Pulisic not yet ready for a return to action due to injury and Willian no longer at the club.

“With Christian, he was training with us last week and had a little bit of discomfort a couple of days ago when he was trying to train…
