Chelsea boss Frank Lampard may have to sell before he makes any more transfers with the Blues having been busy this summer.
Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz have all arrived at Stamford Bridge along with Ben Chilwell and Thiago Silva.
Eduard Mendy is expected to join them shortly while the Blues are still hunting a move for West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.
Though Lampard may be eager to free up some space in his squad before going any further in the pursuit of Rice, while it would also bring in some vital funds.
Antonio Rudiger has been linked with a move away and could leave while Danny Drinkwater’s Chelsea career has appeared over for a long time now.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is believed to be wanted by Bayern Munich with some suggesting the Bundesliga giants ‘expect’ him to join.
While Ruben Loftus-Cheek’s Chelsea days may be numbered after he was left out of the Carabao Cup squad to take on Barnsley.
Lampard has already made it clear to the Chelsea board what he wants, suggesting a few players will leave the club within the next two weeks.

“I have an idea of what I want,” he said.
“I want to make the squad have healthy competition but not to have so many players not competing regularly, feeling like they are out of the squad and not getting the minutes they want.
“These are conversations I will have going forward.
“It does not mean we are forced in any positions to move players on but conversations will be ongoing in the next couple of weeks.
